I HATE THEM BECAUSE THEY DON’T WORK….

 

 

Now don’t get me wrong I’m not saying all diets don’t work, but these fad diets that promise weight loss with no effort, that focus on calorie restriction and nothing else, they simply aren’t sustainable! Let alone healthy…

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW THIS?

 

 

I walked the same path, cutting calories, upping my work outs what ever I could do to get that calorie deficit. What did it lead to? A tired, moody, hangry Brigitte who’s obsession for chocolate was getting pretty serious.

 

 

This meant all the results I had gotten, the weight I dropped, all vanished at 8pm on a Saturday night when I would cave and devour half a dozen chocolate bars.

 

 

THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY…RIGHT?!

 

 

Yes there is! I saw a change when I finally looked past the calories, when i diagnosed what my body was missing that made it so hard to lose weight! This revelation lead to the development of The Life Quality Method.

BUDGETING


How are you spending your time each day? School drop off, work, after school activities, getting dinner sorted, making lunches, training the dog, and then starting all over again? I get it, we all live busy and frantic lives, my 3 kids take up a large chunk of my day too!

But if we zoom out, we can see that we all have the same 168 hours each week, and we can budget just 3 of those hours (1.7%) to building a stronger, healthier, sexier and more confident you.

MINDSET


Excuses sound best to the people who make them. We need to acknowledge that most limiting beliefs aren’t true; they’re stories we’ve told ourselves to justify not doing something we don’t want to do.


If from the outset we tell ourselves that we don’t have enough time to exercise and eat healthily, then we’ve established a limiting belief that is going to guide our actions.

Let’s re-program our brain with a new decision. It’s always best to start small: “I believe that I have enough time to exercise 3 times a week and pack a healthy lunch to bring with me to work on the other 2 days.”
